Sub-processors

We use the third parties below to provide the Khulasa service. Each is bound by written data protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Addendum, and we remain fully responsible to our customers for their performance.

Reading the Processing location column. Where a sub-processor's own jurisdiction and the region in which it actually processes our data are the same, a single country is given. Where they differ, both are stated: the entity determines the contracting counterparty and the transfer mechanism, while the region determines where the data physically goes. Global means the provider offers us no region selection, so processing may take place in any country in which that provider operates. For meeting platforms, the region follows the customer's own tenant of that platform, not a setting of ours.
