Simple, seat-based pricing
Every plan includes the whole product — recording, bilingual transcription, summaries, sharing and governance. What changes as you move up is how many hours you can record and where your audio is processed.
Prices are per seat, per month, in US dollars, charged through Stripe. Start on the free plan with no card and add seats whenever your team grows.
- No credit card to start
- Arabic and English in one meeting
- Change seats or cancel any time
What actually changes between plans
Four things, and only four. Everything else in Khulasa is on every plan, including the free one.
Seats
How many people can be members of your workspace. Free is capped at three; every paid plan lets you add seats as you grow.
Recording hours per person
Each member gets their own monthly allowance of recording hours, so a five-minute stand-up costs a fraction of what a workshop does. It is not a shared pool, so one heavy user cannot spend the whole team's allowance.
Meeting length
No plan caps how long a single meeting can be — a recording runs for as long as the meeting does, on the free plan too. The only bound is your own monthly allowance of recording hours.
Where your audio is processed
The cloud plans use managed speech and language models. Private Cloud and On-Premise run self-hosted models inside your own environment.

Questions, answered
Billing, seats, quotas and privacy — the things that actually decide whether a plan fits.
Still deciding? and we will walk you through it.
How does billing work?
Plans are priced per seat, per month, in US dollars and charged through Stripe. You choose a plan and how many seats you need, and pay for those seats — the free plan costs nothing and needs no card. Invoices, receipts and payment methods all live in the Stripe customer portal, which you open from your billing page whenever you need it.
What exactly is a seat?
A seat is one member slot in your workspace. Your organisation can have as many members as it has seats: Free is capped at three, and every paid plan lets you buy as many as you need. Inviting someone does not reserve a seat — it is taken only when they actually join. Seats cap people, not recording time: each member has their own monthly allowance of recording hours.
Can I change plans or seats later?
Yes. Seats can be changed from your billing page at any time and are pushed to Stripe immediately. Moving between paid plans, updating your card and cancelling are all done in the Stripe customer portal, one click from the same page. Downgrading to Free does not cut you off mid-month: you keep the plan you paid for until the end of the period, and the organisation moves to Free when it closes. Nothing you have already recorded is deleted either way — only the going-forward limits change.
What happens if I use up my monthly recording hours?
Nothing you have already recorded is affected — you simply cannot start a new recording until the allowance resets, and the app tells you so rather than failing silently. What counts is the time actually captured, so a five-minute stand-up barely touches the allowance and a long workshop costs what it costs. The allowance is per person, per billing period: on a paid plan it resets on your billing anniversary, and on the free plan at the start of each calendar month. Your billing page shows how many of your own hours you have used.
Is there a limit on how long a meeting can be?
No. A recording lasts as long as the meeting does, on every plan including the free one. The only bound is your own monthly allowance of recording hours: if a meeting runs longer than the time you have left, it is captured up to that point, and the part that was captured is still transcribed, summarised and saved as normal.
How good is the Arabic and English support?
Both languages are first-class. Transcription handles either one, or a meeting where people switch between Arabic and English mid-sentence, and the summary, decisions and action items come back in whichever language dominated the conversation. The app itself is fully bilingual, with a proper right-to-left Arabic interface.
Who can see our recordings, and where is the data kept?
Every recording belongs to your organisation and is visible according to the rules you set: private to its owner, shared with a group, or open to the whole workspace, plus explicit per-person shares. Media is never handed out through a public storage URL — it is streamed through the API behind your session. You can set a retention window after which recordings are erased everywhere, place a legal hold to exempt one, redact emails and phone numbers before analysis is stored, and delete anything permanently at any time. Public share links stay off until an admin enables them, and expire by default.
What is the difference between Private Cloud and On-Premise?
Both replace the managed cloud models with self-hosted speech and language models, so your audio is never sent to a third-party AI provider. Private Cloud is a dedicated, isolated deployment we run for you in the region you choose. On-Premise is the same system installed on your own hardware, able to run with no outbound connection at all. Both are quoted per organisation — talk to us and we will size it with you.
